Student data and images are kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.

My School Picture collects minimal student data (last name, first name, grade, teacher, and Student ID, from your school, for the purpose of image match to

record photographic software, and school administrative exports (eSchool, Focus, PowerSchool, Skyward, Teams and PSPS Yearbook).

Gallery online proofs utilize each student's exclusive Student ID for preview. Student records are kept private and not shared with anyone else.

My School Picture has a strict schedule for how long student data is kept and when it is deleted, with these timelines tracked accordingly to each specific academic school year.
